Senior Financial Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Finance professional to manage our financial operations, from budgeting and cost control to cash flow and fundraising.

This is a key role in the organization where you will be responsible for preparing monthly MIS and financial statements, tracking budgets, profitability, and cost efficiencies. You will also monitor daily cash flow and forecast requirements, manage payables, receivables, GST, TDS, duty drawbacks, and refunds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning & Reporting:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans
    • Prepare and present detailed financial reports to stakeholders
  • Cash Flow & Expense Management:
    • Monitor and manage daily cash flow and forecast requirements
    • Implement efficient expense management systems
  • Cost Control & Inventory Oversight:
    • Supervise inventory costing and minimize wastage
    • Ensure accurate production costing and optimize inventory levels
  • Fundraising & Financial Strategy:
    • Develop financial models and documents for debt/equity fundraising
    • Liaise with lenders and investors
  • Compliance & Audit:
    • Ensure timely filing of tax returns and maintain regulatory compliance
    • Coordinate audits and internal checks
  • Team Leadership & Internal Controls:
    • Lead the finance team and ensure accurate reconciliations
    • Design and implement effective internal controls
  • Business & Strategic Finance Support:
    • Analyze order margins, pricing, and client credit terms
    • Provide actionable insights to support commercial decision-making
