Job Description

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive strategic initiatives forward. This high-visibility role requires a strong understanding of AI, governance, and emerging technologies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for prioritizing, planning, and implementing strategic initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Portfolio Management
  • Develop and maintain a phased roadmap (0–12m, 12–24m, 24–36m).
  • Monitor progress, risks, and ensure deliverables are on track.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and vendors to execute initiatives.
  • Ensure initiatives launch on schedule.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 10 – 15 years of experience in program management, strategic initiatives, or operations, ideally in AI, technology policy, or nonprofits.
  • A proven track record in managing multi-million-dollar programs and complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Exceptional project management skills with ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
  • Experience working with corporate sponsors, government partners, or international organizations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and take ownership of outcomes.
