Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a Student Visa Coordinator role. This position involves handling student visa applications for European countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with embassy/VFS requirements.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in processing student visas, VFS processes, embassy documentation, and university application procedures.

Responsibilities include:

  • End-to-end student visa filing process coordination for European countries.
  • Document verification and review to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Scheduling VFS appointments and coordinating with students on necessary documentation and procedures.
  • Staying up-to-date with changing embassy rules and immigration guidelines for EU countries.
  • Filing university applications on behalf of students, ensuring all forms meet specific criteria.
  • Maintaining individual student files, tracking application status, and visa processing timelines.
  • Effective communication with students, universities, and consulates as needed.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in student visa processing, with expertise in European visa applications.
  • Strong knowledge of VFS processes, embassy rules, and document verification for countries like Germany, France, Finland, etc.
  • Experience in university application filing (online portals, SOPs, LORs, documentation, etc.).
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple student files simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, PDFs, and document conversion/formatting tools.
