Job Description

We are building a cutting-edge digital infrastructure layer that prioritizes users, builders, creators, and developers. Our mission is to empower participatory power for billions of people in the digital economy.

This involves creating a new internet architectural rail that makes digital infrastructure efficient, secure, and more accessible. We have built our own L1 blockchain and a backend technical structure for protocols and ecosystem to achieve this goal.

You will work with teams on tech products across blockchain and distributed systems to solve real-world problems. We are challenging established paths and conventional wisdom about how the Tech and Internet should work.

Our underlying principle is to protect user rights, digital intellectual property rights, and assets in an age of AI and instant replication.

Role Overview

Engineering Manager - Blockchain: You will take the role of Engineering Manager. As a tech expert, you will lead sprints with capable tech teams with a high people management quotient and prioritize tasks. You will manage multiple products/tools and a team of 10+ members. You will be the owner of product delivery, sprint optimization, and architecture development.

What You Will Get To Do:

  • Drive technical design remodeling, and refactoring of layer 1 blockchain, smart contracts, and systems for robustness and scalability.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to create technical vision, detailed roadmap, and drive critical design discussions.
  • Lead technology & architectural decisions to drive teams for implementation & code reviews.
  • Build engineering processes for the team and champion product thinking.
  • Provide technical leadership with a focus on quality & security.
  • Robust documentation and knowledge management across the blockchain ecosystem.
Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer sciences or equivalent stream.
  • Relevant and progressive 10+ Years of experience, with good projects in Blockchain products.
  • Hands-on experience in Software Development using ReactJS and Node.js.
  • Hands-on experience in various databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
  • Strong Knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
  • Preferred: Designed, developed, and deployed large-scale web applications on the cloud.
  • Good understanding of Docker/Containerized application development.
