Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to oversee the design, maintenance, and monitoring of our enterprise IT infrastructure. This position is critical in driving IT infrastructure standards, policies, and procedures across the organization.

  • Ensure the implementation, deployment, and maintenance of Azure, AWS, and Hyper-V Server environments in alignment with industry best practices and organizational standards.
  • Administer and address user support tickets in accordance with ITIL principles, guaranteeing timely resolutions and maintaining exceptional levels of user satisfaction.
  • Configure, deploy, and maintain Active Directory services, including Domain Controllers, User/Group Management, and Group Policy Administration.
  • Manage and maintain a hybrid Active Directory environment ensuring seamless synchronizations between On-Premises and Cloud Infrastructure.
  • Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services, such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and other tenant services.
