Senior UCCE and Cloud Release Manager

Job Opportunity:
">We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UCCE and Release Management Specialist to join our team.
">This role will involve providing advanced remote/on-site troubleshooting activities, encompassing system design issues, upgrade plans, creation of technical product documentation, upgrades, and site coordination.
">The successful candidate will act as a point of contact for all service delivery issues/pending work/escalations, provide team support and process improvements through individual contributions, maintain and update the knowledge base and documentation, and initiate and implement process improvements.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- 10+ years of experience in Cisco UC, UCCE, Voice Gateway, Call Management, Webex, CVP, VMware, Patch Management, Release Management
- Expertise in VOIP protocols like SIP, H.323, and MGCP
- Strong understanding of Cisco Voice network deployment models and functioning of voice network devices
- Experience with Cisco Voice platform, CUCM/UCCE/UCCH/CVP platforms, and Telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and Analogy Signalling
- Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written), Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
