Job Title: IAM Data Specialist

As a vital component of our organization, the primary responsibility of this position is to oversee the day-to-day operations for Identity & Access Management – Data Services. This involves ensuring native Userdata is aggregated to Onecert and adhering to established processes without deviations.

This role entails performing Monitoring activities to guarantee data Quality and monthly metrics are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Userdata is refreshed to Onecert periodically, as per defined timelines, facilitating effective IAM controls such as Leaver/ Mover, User Access Review etc.
  • Extract, source, convert and upload Userlists to Onecert.
  • Adhere strictly to established procedures to ensure all reports are generated and follow defined escalation processes to source the Userlists.
  • Fulfil requests raised by business/ stakeholders to source Userlists and SAM Documents.
  • Implement Onecert catalogue changes based on Security Access Matrix request changes.
  • Collaborate with external teams for Userlists sourcing, working with support to understand application limitations and opportunities for improvement.
  • Promote awareness of potential risks related to IAM processes and the Bank.
  • Maintain and enhance IAM processes in collaboration with IAM leaders.
  • Exhibit excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Undertake periodic reviews and exercises in relation to Application security for compliance with current procedures/processes and implement enhancements to address non-compliance and security requirements.

  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
  • Lead the [IAM Data Services team to achieve the outcomes set out in the organization's Conduct Principles: Fair Outcomes for Clients; Effective Financial Markets; Financial Crime Compliance; The Right Environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Sailpoint certifications.
  • Excel VBA and Macros certifications.
  • English language proficiency.
