**Data Management Lead Role**

  • As a Data Management Lead, you will be responsible for designing and implementing sustainable data management solutions that address the organization's data quality requirements.
  • You will develop and implement data quality frameworks, standards, and best practices tailored to the organization's needs.
  • Designing MDM Solutions involves creating data management solutions that align with the business objectives of the organization.

**Key Requirements:**

  • Strong understanding of Master Data Management concepts, principles, and best practices is essential for this role.
  • Over 8 years of experience as an MDM technical lead or similar role is required, with a focus on data quality management.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration in cross-functional teams.
  • Able to work effectively in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities.

**Responsibilities Include:**

  • Leading interface discussions pertaining to master data with different applications.
  • Establishing metadata repositories and frameworks to capture and manage metadata related to master data entities, attributes, and relationships.

**Desirable Skills:**

  • Experience with Fusion Oracle cloud platform is an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of data quality frameworks, best practices, tools, and techniques.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
