Job Title: Data Analyst

About the Role

The Data Analyst plays a vital role in ensuring data integrity and consistency across various domains. This expert-level position provides guidance, training, and hands-on support to business units to maintain accurate and complete master data.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver training sessions and documentation to business users on master data standards and processes.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for master data objects across various domains.
  • Provide ongoing support and consultation to ensure correct usage and maintenance of master data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Master Data Maintenance
  • Execute master data creation, updates, and deletions in line with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Ensure high levels of accuracy and completeness in all master data transactions.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

  • Monitor data quality and perform regular audits to identify inconsistencies or errors.
  • Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Generate reports on master data performance, SLA adherence, and data quality metrics.
  • Analyse trends and provide insights to improve data management practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 4-8 years of experience in data management and analytics.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of master data domains and governance principles.
  • Proficiency in data management tools and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
