Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Talent & Culture Executive to join our team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Talent & Culture department, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Managing employee data records in our system, maintaining accuracy and up-to-date information
  • Creating personal files and assisting with general filing, adhering to company standards
  • Coordinating the application process for work passes under the Ministry of Manpower, ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Preparing various letters and communications to employees, including monthly newsletters
  • Organizing and executing employees' social, athletic, and recreational activities, fostering a positive work environment
  • Updating and tracking annual and probation period appraisals for all employees, facilitating career growth
  • Providing assistance to colleagues with HR-related queries and questions, promoting a collaborative work culture
  • Maintaining good working relationships with all departments and professional external contacts, enhancing the company's reputation
