We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our team. As a Technical Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting enterprise data platform operations across process improvement, cloud cost management, automation, and infrastructure support.
About the Job
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including platform engineering, data engineering, and vendor partners (AWS, Databricks, etc.). Your key responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing workflows and processes to identify optimization opportunities.
- Building and managing KPIs, dashboards, and reports for leadership insights.
- Supporting FinOps initiatives including cloud cost optimization and vendor management.
- Contributing to infrastructure operations, resiliency planning, and automation.
- Assisting in lifecycle management of IT platform products (AWS, Databricks, Ataccama, etc.).
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and cloud operations.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python or R programming languages.
- Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud and FinOps practices.
- Strong skills in data visualization tools (Power BI, Quicksight, etc.).
- Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring, IaC, and CI/CD analytics.
