About the Role:

  • This is a permanent position for an experienced professional to lead data integration operations.
  • The successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience in database and application development and support.
  • Key skills include proven SQL language experience, expertise in developing and troubleshooting SSIS packages, and knowledge of data modeling concepts.
  • Able to work with MS SQL Server and scripting languages like Python or PowerShell.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with product teams.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction through excellent communication and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead data integration team and drive strategic direction.
  • Act as primary contact for user inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Develop operational processes to streamline data integration operations.
  • Collaborate on resolving bugs and complex technical issues.
  • Assist in refining Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to enhance service delivery.
  • Create, modify, and troubleshoot SSIS packages, stored procedures, and automation processes.
  • Maintain and support data ingestion tools and automation scripts.
