Global Trade Coordinator Job Description

This role involves overseeing day-to-day activities related to the import and export of goods, ensuring that all logistical operations run smoothly.

The Global Trade Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating with various departments, preparing documentation, and maintaining compliance with regulations and policies.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate logistics for imports and exports to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Prepare and manage documents required for international trade, such as customs forms and commercial invoices.
  • Maintain relationships with clients and suppliers through effective communication.
  • Provide top-notch customer service by resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as supply chain management or international business.
  • At least 2 years of experience in global trade coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with trade regulations and procedures is highly desirable.
