Job Title: Operations Strategist

The role of an Operations Strategist involves collaborating with a brewery team to enhance performance and minimize costs. Key responsibilities include planning, forecasting, and optimization.


Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with HQ teams and Department Leads to create cost efficiencies for both variable and fixed costs.
- Work with the brewery leadership team to forecast actual costs versus budgeted costs on a monthly basis.


Optimization and Analysis

- Collaborate with HQ subject matter experts and the brewery leadership team to identify opportunities to optimize costs further and deliver savings against budgeted costs.
- Work with the Capex team to build business cases for required capex in the brewery and provide ROI analysis.


Performance Metrics and Reporting

- Ensure data integrity of key performance indicators (KPIs) input by the brewery operations team.
- Collaborate with the brewery leadership team to ensure KPIs remain within budget.


Requirements

- Basic understanding of finance and accounting principles.
- Familiarity with manufacturing operations.
- Experience with SAP-based ERP systems is preferred.
- Previous experience in the beer/alco-beverage/soft drink industry is also beneficial.

- Logical and analytical thinker with ability to foresee and plan for future risks.
- Comfortable working with large sets of unorganized data.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence others.
- Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and other office tools. Preference will be given to candidates proficient in PowerBI.
