Job Role:
As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding customer relationships while identifying new opportunities for growth.
About the Job:
• Maintain and expand customer base by counselling sales representatives
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and expand customer base by counselling sales representatives
- Build and maintain rapport with key customers
- Identify new opportunities for business growth
- Acquire new clients through strategic planning and execution
- Develop and execute monthly and quarterly sales and service plans on assigned accounts
- Responsible for closing orders and mapping customer expansion details
Requirements:
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in direct corporate sales
- Good negotiation skills
- Strong OEM relationship with HPE, Dell, and Cisco
- Experience handling SMB and large enterprise accounts
- Passionate and determined individual with a focus on achieving sales numbers
