About the role

You will lead paid social channel execution and strategy, encompassing Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter. This involves in-depth analysis and recommendation of budget allocation across channels, devices, and campaigns.

App acquisition campaign improvement is a key focus, with accountability for performance against monthly targets while coaching team members. Continuous identification of new marketing opportunities and creative ideas are necessary, driven by commercial KPIs, customer insights, and competitive analysis through ongoing test & learning.

The full project and campaign lifecycle will be owned, ensuring high-quality delivery and KPI achievement through cross-functional teams (measurement, attribution, creative, marketing, product). Collaboration with local marketing teams is required to provide clear guidance on executing local tactics effectively.

Contributions to best practice guidelines and sharing digital expertise across teams within the organization are essential.

What you need to be successful:

  • You have gained at least 5 years of professional experience managing paid social advertising campaigns.
  • You have managed campaigns for at least 2 of the following channels: Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter.
  • You possess strong App acquisition expertise, ideally including full-funnel marketing experience.
  • You have led projects, instructed teams, and managed various stakeholders.
  • You can break down complex problems into actionable roadmaps.
  • You leverage incrementality test solutions to decide on campaign and budget mix.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify marketing opportunities and develop strategic solutions.
  • Ability to initiate innovations, provide feedback, and influence the broader team.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of regulations, policies, and best practices in digital marketing.
