Role Overview

You will play a crucial role in shaping our digital marketing strategy to boost brand visibility and sales. Your primary focus will be on planning and executing paid marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive traffic, conversions and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage data analysis to plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Optimize campaign performance by monitoring and analyzing key metrics: CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, conversions and more.
  • Develop cross-functional partnerships to align marketing strategies.
  • Implement retargeting strategies and customer acquisition funnels across digital platforms.
  • Analyze competitor campaigns and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

Required Skills:

  • 2–6 years of experience in performance/digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of managing D2C campaigns and achieving high ROAS.
  • Strong understanding of digital media buying, attribution, tracking and reporting.
  • Proficiency in platforms: Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, YouTube Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager.
  • Good analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data into actionable insights.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO, affiliate marketing and influencer marketing.
