Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite across Facebook and Instagram. The successful candidate will also manage Google Ads accounts with a focus on search engine marketing (SEM), targeting high-intent keywords and maintaining high-quality scores.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing remarketing strategies across Meta Ads and Google Ads. They should be able to create segmented audience lists based on lead behavior, website activity, and funnel position.

This full-time on-site role is located in Hyderabad and requires the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team of marketing professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite across Facebook and Instagram.
  • Manage Google Ads accounts with a focus on search engine marketing (SEM), targeting high-intent keywords and maintaining high-quality scores.
  • Develop and implement remarketing strategies on Meta Ads and Google Ads to re-engage existing leads.
  • Enhance local visibility by optimizing Google My Business listings and tracking their performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience developing and implementing remarketing strategies across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Demonstrated ability to create segmented audience lists based on lead behavior, website activity, and funnel position.
  • Experience running tailored remarketing campaigns to increase conversion rates from previously engaged users.
  • Skilled in analyzing the performance of remarketing efforts and optimizing creatives, bidding, and frequency based on data insights.
  • Must have 2+ years experience in Paid campaigns
