Job Title: Line Producer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Line Producer to join our team. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production of shoots and shows.

The ideal candidate will have 4–8 years of experience in film, TV, or digital content production, with a strong network within the industry. You should have excellent negotiation, multitasking, and crisis-management skills, as well as a proven ability to manage budgets and logistics for fast-paced shoots.

You will work closely with creative, post-production, and operations teams to ensure seamless workflows and deliver high-quality results on time.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, and oversee the end-to-end production of shoots and shows
  • Build, negotiate with, and manage a strong network of crew, vendors, and talent
  • Scout and finalize locations aligned with creative and budget needs
  • Create and monitor detailed production budgets, schedules, and call sheets
  • Manage on-ground execution, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
  • Requirements:
  • 4–8 years of experience as a Line Producer in film, TV, or digital content
  • Deep network within the film and television industry
  • Strong negotiation, multitasking, and crisis-management skills
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and logistics for fast-paced shoots
