Product Vision Leader

About the Role:

Our organization seeks a skilled technical product leader to oversee the development and management of our global digital platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, deep understanding of healthcare and life science marketing technology products, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define Product Strategy: Develop and communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with Development Team: Work closely with developers to create and prioritize product backlog items.
  • Ensure Clear Requirements: Ensure all product requirements are clearly defined and documented.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends in the healthcare and life science industries.
  • Technical Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet technical and business requirements for healthcare and life science marketing technology products.
  • Product Roadmap Management: Manage the product roadmap and release schedule for healthcare and life science marketing technology products.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve product quality and user experience for healthcare and life science marketing technology products.
Requirements:
  • Strong Technical Background: Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or engineering.
  • Leadership Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a technology/healthcare/FMCG company.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Agile Methodology: Experience in Agile development methodology and tools such as JIRA.
  • Healthcare Expertise: Experience in healthcare and life science marketing technology products is a must.
Technology Expertise:
  • Digital Technologies: Experience in digital technologies of B2C/B2B/E-commerce websites, CMS, cloud DB, CRM, integration & other API services, Web analytics, SEO, mobile apps development.
  • CMS Tools: Experience in CMS tools viz Stackbit, Contentful, Figma, Adobe Experience Manager are an advantage.
  • ETL Tools and Data Visualization: Understanding/Expertise of ETL tools, Data Lake and dashboard visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI.
