International Engagement Lead

This role exists to shape global policy, foster partnerships, and enhance trade opportunities in alignment with national economic priorities.

The position operates in a highly dynamic global business environment requiring proactive engagement with governments, multilateral organizations, and global industry associations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement organisation's international strategy to enhance India's global economic influence.
  • Build and sustain relationships with foreign governments, multilateral organizations, and global chambers to advance trade and investment opportunities.
  • Drive programs for market access, investment facilitation, and international business cooperation to deliver tangible outcomes for Indian industry.
  • Ensure global engagements reinforce India's domestic economic and policy objectives to align with national priorities.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in international relations, public policy, economics, or related field, along with 25-30 years of progressive leadership experience in trade, diplomacy, or senior roles in government/industry bodies.

Candidates must possess strong diplomatic, negotiation, influencing, and consensus-building skills, as well as a visionary leadership style with deep knowledge of international trade and diplomacy.

Requirements:
