Senior Analytics Professional

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop advanced analytics projects addressing business challenges, including patient analysis, market dynamics, customer journey insights, and managed markets analytics.
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders, understanding requirements, conducting analyses, and delivering actionable insights.
  • Communicate complex analytics effectively, ensuring clear business strategies.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum of 8 years in Pharma Commercial Analytics.
  • Specializations: Patient analytics leveraging claims and secondary market data, Brand performance analytics, and Marketing analytics.
  • Therapeutic Expertise: Oncology, Rare Diseases, or Specialty Brands (experience in at least one required).
  • Data Proficiency: Familiarity with data sources such as APLD, Specialty Pharmacy, Hub Services, and Formulary, Extensive experience with pharmaceutical datasets like IQVIA.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL.
  • Qualitative Attributes: Self-starter with strong communication and presentation skills, ability to engage executive leadership.
