We are seeking a seasoned design professional to oversee the coordination and planning process for real estate construction projects.

This high-level position requires strategic thinking, effective communication, and project management expertise to ensure timely completion of design deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with architects, services consultants, clients, and other stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Proficiency in handling AutoCAD drawings, including reading, writing, modifications, and changes.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as PM, Contracts, Engineers, EHS, and track design progress.
  • Organize design meetings for seamless coordination and circulation of minutes of meetings.
  • Develop and implement plans for MOMs, bar charts, manpower planning, material planning, DPR, WPR & MPR, cash flow statements, and tracking tools.
  • Leverage Microsoft Project tool for scheduling and tracking.
  • Review tender documents, prepare query lists, tender event schedules, prequalification reports, and commercial comparative reports.
  • Recommend vendors and draft work orders.
  • To be successful, candidates must have experience in Real Estate Construction Site (high-end residential, Hotel & Commercial) and at least 10-12 years of experience in Construction Project Management for Real Estate sites.

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills
