Senior Architect Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to lead our design teams.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and experience working on commercial, residential, and institutional projects.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management is essential, with the ability to conceptualize and develop innovative designs from start to finish.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building standards, regulatory frameworks, and health & safety regulations is required.
  • A deep understanding of sustainable design principles and environmental technologies is also necessary.
  • The successful candidate will be able to work closely with our team of professionals, including engineers, quantity surveyors, and architectural technologists.

About the Role:

  1. Develop and implement innovative architectural designs that meet client needs and expectations.
  2. Lead project teams to deliver high-quality designs and ensure timely completion.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design elements and ensure consistency throughout the project.
  4. Manage and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure seamless communication and project success.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior architectural roles.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  • Strong understanding of Autodesk software and other relevant tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with sustainable design principles and environmental technologies.
  • Experience working in a boutique company similar to BRIC Designs.
