Job Title: Senior Capital Markets Expert

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Capital Markets Expert to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the capital markets industry.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the Capital Markets industry, with a deep understanding of financial instruments, trading platforms, and market infrastructure.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows within the capital markets domain.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for new initiatives and enhancements to existing systems.
  • Analyze and interpret data related to trading activities, market trends, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Experience with trading platforms and order management systems is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with business operations.
  • Provide thought leadership on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Any Graduate).
  • Master's degree or higher in a relevant field (Any Postgraduate).
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
