Lead GxP Training and Learning

This leadership position focuses on driving GxP training standards across operations, ensuring compliance and excellence.

About the Role
  • Coach a dynamic team to elevate GxP training quality, implementing processes that meet regulatory expectations and business objectives.
  • Design and standardize training procedures to align with regulations and operational goals, supporting associate readiness through qualification frameworks and training interventions.
  • Oversee the effective use of the Learning Management System (LMS) to drive continuous improvement in its application and ensure timely delivery of periodic and ad hoc compliance reports.
  • Manage audit and inspection support related to the Training Quality System, ensuring documentation accuracy and readiness.
  • Drive a culture of continuous learning by promoting curiosity, coaching talent, and supporting robust career development pathways.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Pharmacy, Science, or Business Administration preferred for advanced leadership roles.
  • At least 8 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, ideally in manufacturing environments, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within GxP training and learning functions.
  • Strong knowledge of Good Practice (GxP) standards, audit management, and inspection preparedness, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across global, cross-functional teams.
