Job Opportunity: E-commerce Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced e-commerce operations specialist to join our team. As a key member of our growth agency, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of multiple Shopify stores.

Your primary objective will be to build and launch engaging pages that drive conversions, create seamless shopping experiences, and optimize product visibility. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their business goals.

  • Develop and implement effective page-building strategies to boost conversion rates and drive sales.
  • Create engaging product collections and run targeted promotions to increase customer excitement and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Shopify apps and integrations, identifying opportunities to enhance store performance and user experience.
  • Analyze sales data and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure seamless order fulfillment across multiple stores.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably with a focus on Shopify.
  • Excellent understanding of Shopify's essential features and capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS and basic coding skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
