Lead Full Stack Java Developer

We are seeking a seasoned full stack Java developer to lead and build new cloud native applications.

  • The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience with current technical development trends in full stack Java, Cloud, Web, and mobile technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience;
  • Minimum 12 years of related IT experience designing and deploying enterprise-level business or technical applications;
  • Strong working knowledge of distributed and cloud technologies, including containerization, Linux, Java/JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, MVC, Angular JS, React, Mobile, and Application Middleware;
  • Experience with microservices, mobile, and web app security concepts, session management, performance tuning, automated testing techniques, high availability engineering, and database technologies for mobile and web apps;
  • Cryptography and key management expertise, as well as understanding of security protocols and cryptography, including PKI, SSL, RSA, authentication, encryption, digital signatures;
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies such as rules, AI, and Machine Learning, with a good understanding of how technology relates to business, market, and industry;
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills to build relationships with team members and customers to solve problems and resolve issues;

In addition, our ideal candidate should be familiar with agile/scrum and waterfall life cycle application development methodologies and have experience mentoring and driving teams of 20+ individuals.

What Would Be Great to Have:

While not required, any working experience with payment solutions or mainframe environments would be beneficial in this role.
