Job Title: Enterprise Software Requirements Specialist

Role Description:

This is a full-time remote role. The Enterprise Software Requirements Specialist will work closely with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements, analyze business processes, and ensure successful iteration management. The candidate will translate business needs into comprehensive functional specifications, facilitate communication between technical teams and business users, and oversee the implementation and iteration of product requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and document business requirements through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and maintain detailed system specifications that meet customer and stakeholder needs.
  • Communicate effectively with technical teams and business users to ensure accurate translation of business needs into functional specifications.
  • Oversee the implementation and iteration of product requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or Product Analyst in software or SaaS environments.
  • Proven expertise in writing clear and comprehensive requirements and functional specs.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Proven experience in iteration management and working with product teams.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Experience in AI-driven platforms or enterprise application development is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
