We are seeking a skilled professional to join our dynamic team as a Technical Service Engineer.

The ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise to provide exceptional support and service to our customers, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of solar string inverter systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues: Remotely and on-site diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to solar string inverters.
  • Provide technical support: Provide prompt and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, or onsite visits.
  • Conduct root cause analysis: Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve issues promptly.
  • Perform commissioning and testing: Perform commissioning, testing, and maintenance of solar string inverter systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, and Product Development to improve product performance and reliability.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Electronics engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or field service engineering, specifically with solar string inverters.
  • Technical skills: Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to power electronics and renewable energy systems. Hands-on experience with commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of solar string inverters.
  • Communication skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with customers and internal stakeholders.
