Project Finance Manager OpportunityA leading renewable energy company is seeking a highly experienced Project Finance Manager to lead the financing strategy for solar projects.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project financing activities for solar projects, including open access, rooftop, and utility-scale.
  • Build and evaluate detailed financial models, including IRR, DSCR, payback period, and sensitivity analysis.
  • Manage the debt raising process, from preparing DPRs and loan applications to negotiations and disbursement.
  • Liaise with banks, NBFCs, investors, and credit rating agencies to secure project financing.
  • Review and negotiate term sheets, loan agreements, and financial covenants.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for financial due diligence and risk assessment.
  • Monitor cash flow, loan compliance, and repayment schedules for ongoing projects.
  • Identify innovative financing structures, such as leasing, hybrid, or green bonds, to optimize project returns.
Requirements:
  • MBA (Finance) or equivalent with strong financial background.
  • Minimum 8–12 years of experience in project finance, preferably in the renewable energy / power / infrastructure sector.
  • Proven track record in debt raising, project financing, and financial closures.
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling, credit appraisal, and risk analysis.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
