Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Business Intelligence Leader to spearhead our data initiatives with a strategic mindset and hands-on leadership.

The ideal candidate will define excellence in delivery, ensure governance, and mentor teams to build scalable, high-quality Business Intelligence solutions that drive business intelligence and analytics to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Delivery:
    • Own the complete lifecycle of Business Intelligence projects—from requirements gathering through development and deployment.
    • Ensure delivery is on time, within budget, and of the highest quality.
    • Act as the primary escalation point for project risks, challenges, and stakeholder concerns.
  • Project Quality & Governance:
    • Define and implement best practices, standards, and quality frameworks across Business Intelligence initiatives.
    • Guarantee that all solutions are scalable, secure, governance-compliant, and aligned with organizational policies.
    • Drive continuous process improvement, governance maturity, and innovation in delivery methodologies.
  • Leadership & Mentoring:
    • Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams including data engineers, Business Intelligence developers, and project managers.
    • Provide technical guidance across Business Intelligence domains.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and delivery excellence.
  • Business & Stakeholder Management:
    • Partner with business leaders to understand needs and translate them into actionable Business Intelligence solutions.
    • Drive stakeholder alignment and ensure projects deliver measurable business outcomes.
    • Present insights, project outcomes, and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and business-oriented narrative.
  • Technology & Innovation:
    • Guide the adoption of modern Business Intelligence platforms and cloud-based data warehousing solutions.
    • Evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance efficiency, scalability, and analytical capabilities.
