Job Title: Strategic HR Manager

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to oversee various aspects of human resources management. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing the hiring process, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Talent Management: Develop and implement strategic plans to attract top talent, manage the recruitment process, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
  • Employee Engagement and Retention: Design and execute initiatives to boost employee morale, motivation, and job satisfaction, thereby reducing turnover rates.
  • Performance Management: Develop and maintain performance management systems, including goal setting, progress tracking, and regular feedback.
  • Benefits Administration: Manage the administration of benefits, including health insurance, provident fund, and other welfare programs.
  • HR Operations: Oversee daily HR operations, including attendance management, leave policies, and compliance with labor laws.
Requirements:
  • MBA or MSW degree from a recognized institution.
  • At least 10-12 years of experience in HR generalist roles, with a strong background in recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
