Job Title: Project Manager

As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and ensuring the successful execution of projects from inception through to final delivery.

This dynamic position requires effective multitasking as you will be responsible for managing multiple projects concurrently, ensuring seamless coordination and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Project Ownership:
    • Assume full ownership of projects, starting from the initial pitching stage and navigating through each phase until project delivery.

    • Successfully handle and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating efficient project management skills.
  • Comprehensive Project Planning:
    • Showcase proficiency in project planning and management, implementing strategies that align with project goals and objectives.
  • Expertise in Site Management:
    • Utilize expertise in site handling, overseeing work execution, and managing the site and vendors to ensure optimal project outcomes.
  • Vendor Network Development:
    • Establish and maintain a strong network of vendors, particularly focusing on the region, to support project requirements.
  • Leadership and Communication Excellence:
    • Demonstrate instinctive leadership qualities to effectively manage the team, fostering collaboration and achieving project milestones.
  • Interpersonal Skills:
    • Exhibit strong communication skills to interact seamlessly with clients and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions
    • Requirements:
    • Project Management Expertise:
      • Possess relevant experience in effectively managing corporate interior fit-out projects.
    • Educational Background:
      • Graduation Degree in Engineering or Architecture.
    • Additional Qualifications:
      • Masters Degree in Construction Management/Project Management would be given preference.
    • Skills:
      • Demonstrate knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs.
    • Technical Abilities:
      • Showcase tech-savviness with a successful track record of adopting digital and technology initiatives.
