We are seeking an Inside Sales Associate to join our team, where you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling digital solutions to medical practitioners. As a key member of our sales team, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Presenting Value Propositions: Effectively demonstrate the benefits of our offerings to medical practitioners, doctor groups, and hospitals.
  • Lead Management: Execute and track the inside sales process, ensuring all leads are nurtured towards successful outcomes and targets.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales activity reports and progress updates every week.
  • Sales Processes: Utilize appropriate sales processes and CRM tools to enhance trackability, productivity, and accountability.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product and marketing teams to drive sales outcomes and align them with marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions to clients.
  • Work Ethic: A relentless drive to succeed and a willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with rapidly changing requirements.
  • Sales Skills: Strong presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
