We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to fill a critical role in our organization.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in managing and optimizing VMware virtualization platforms and Windows Server environments.

Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-grade infrastructure solutions that ensure high availability, performance, and security across virtual and physical systems.

A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in VMware and Windows Server administration is required.

Candidates should have strong hands-on experience with vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, and NSX.

A deep understanding of Active Directory, GPOs, DNS/DHCP, and Windows Server roles is also necessary.

Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, PowerCLI) for automation and reporting is preferred.

Experience with backup and recovery tools (e.g., Veeam, Commvault) is also beneficial.

Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) is an added advantage.

Preferred certifications include VMware Certified Professional (VCP-DCV), Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, and ITIL Foundation or Intermediate.
