Job Title: Software Application Specialist

In this pivotal role, you will serve as a seasoned expert in Microsoft 365 product applications.

You will provide high-level technical support and exceptional expertise to our team. Your in-depth knowledge of office applications and ability to troubleshoot COM add-ins across the suite, Adobe Acrobat, and WinZip are essential.

  • Deliver advanced application support and incident management services.
  • Collaborate closely with level 1/1.5 support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Elevate complex issues to senior engineers or vendors when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science engineering/technology)
  • Relevant technical certifications can be advantageous.
  • Flexibility in work hours is required.
  • A strong background in troubleshooting on enterprise Windows, Mac, and iOS environments, as well as MS Office 365 applications, is crucial.
  • Proficiency in resolving issues related to crashes, performance, installation, data loss, features, licensing, and deployment of Office applications and their add-ins within enterprise settings is vital.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify and solve complex issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual, geographically dispersed team, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills are necessary.
