Cash Management Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cash Management Specialist to play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cash management systems.

The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in the Transaction Banking industry, specifically in liquidity management, virtual account management, collections, payments and clearing, as well as special projects and regulatory requirements.

  • Liquidity Management: Develop and execute test plans to validate liquidity management processes, including cash flow forecasting and analysis.
  • Virtual Account Management: Test the creation, maintenance, and closure of virtual accounts, ensuring seamless integration with payment systems.
  • Collections: Design and execute test scenarios for collection processes, including payments, receipts, and refunds.
  • Payments/Clearing H2H/Channel: Validate payment processing, including Web, Mobile, and File upload functionality.
  • Special Projects/Regulatory: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement special projects, such as system enhancements or regulatory compliance initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have domain experience in corporate banking web-based and mobile platforms, with exposure to accounts, deposits, payments, bulk file upload functions across the global transaction banking portfolio. Knowledge of GCC payment gateways is also desirable.

A successful candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand business objectives and strategic plans. They will be able to comprehend the organization's goals and problems to be solved, with high capability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Experience in functional testing – manual and automation – is necessary, with a focus on value addition through efficient testing methodologies and tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in Transaction Banking industry.
  • Strong understanding of liquidity management, virtual account management, collections, payments and clearing.
  • Knowledge of corporate banking web-based and mobile platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
