Job Title: Commercial Portfolio Manager
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial vehicles to ensure timely payment and resolution of customer issues.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue through effective marketing and relationship-building initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends and gather information to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.

Promote excellent relationships with dealers, clients, and internal stakeholders to drive business success. As a Commercial Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for following up with customers who have arrears in their payments. You will also need to generate new leads and convert them into successful transactions by utilizing your strong communication and negotiation skills.


About the Role:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and strong analytical and communication skills. They should be proactive, results-driven, and able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. The selected individual will have experience in managing portfolios, leading teams, and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial vehicles, including loans and leasing agreements.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, clients, and internal stakeholders to drive business success.
  3. Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  4. Implement strategies to increase sales and revenue through effective marketing and relationship-building initiatives.
  5. Follow up with customers who have arrears in their payments and negotiate resolutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will hold a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. They will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. They should also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
