We are seeking a meticulous professional to enhance our products' quality by developing and implementing precise processes.

About the Role

This position involves being part of a team that crafts high-quality experiences for customers through rigorous testing, analysis, and automation.

  • Bold tools and scripts to heighten customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain test cases, artifacts, and automated scripts in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Validate functionalities and code quality through manual and automated test cases.
  • Track metrics for each sprint and report to management.
  • Document testing results, including expected and actual behavior.
  • Provide quality sign-off to project teams and execute testing duties as assigned.
  • Configure QA performance/load test design and execution.
  • Mimic end-user behavior in QA through test script incorporation.
  • Diagnose problems, report bugs and enhancements to the Agile squad.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a STEM or related field.
  • 3+ years of application testing experience.
  • Experience with use case generation, manual testing, and bug lifecycle management.
  • Understanding of Relational database models and GUI tools interaction.
  • Agile environment experience.
  • Experience with bug tracking and test case management tools.
  • Multi-browser and mobile device system testing experience.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Strong analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Automation experience using C#, JUnit/TestNG, Jenkins, Playwright, Selenium, SoapUI.
