Our organization is seeking an experienced audit professional to fill a challenging leadership role.

About the Role:

  • Conduct financial statement audits in accordance with US GAAP and GAAS
  • Lead a team of accounting and auditing experts
  • Independently conduct research on accounting and auditing topics
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH COLLEAGUES AND SUPERVISORS
  • Analyze presentation and disclosure impact

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To perform financial statement audits in accordance with relevant standards
  2. Lead a team of auditors and provide guidance on audit methodologies
  3. Develop and implement effective audit strategies
  4. Enhance relationships with peers, supervisors, and colleagues
  5. Ensure high-quality audit work product

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in US GAAP and GAAS
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant or other qualified professionals in the accounting and tax fields
  • Knowledge of Caseware and Caseview preferred
  • Strong teamwork and leadership skills
  • Outstanding analytical, organizational, and project management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Industry exposure: NFP, Single Audit, Government, and/or HUD
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Quick learner, enthusiastic, positive demeanor, and a team player
