Job Title: D365 QA Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented D365 QA professional to lead our testing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 processes, a deep understanding of business requirements, and proven experience with manual testing methodologies.

About the Role:

The role involves performing end-to-end testing of D365 Sales flow to ensure accuracy, consistency, and performance. This includes developing, documenting, and executing comprehensive manual test cases, collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and testing needs, identifying, logging, and tracking defects, and working with development teams for timely resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform end-to-end testing of D365 Sales flow to ensure accuracy, consistency, and performance
  • Develop, document, and execute comprehensive manual test cases
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and testing needs
  • Identify, log, and track defects, and work with development teams for timely resolution
  • Ensure testing best practices are followed throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders regarding test progress, results, and risks

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a QA Tester with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
  • Strong experience in manual testing and writing detailed test cases
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • D365 functional knowledge is a strong plus
  • Experience with bug tracking and test management tools
