Job Title: Head of IT Infrastructure

Experience in senior leadership roles, particularly within the pharmaceutical industry, is highly valued.

Located at Aurangabad, India.

This is a full-time position within the Formulations and API Manufacturing Plant department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of robust IT infrastructure to support medium to large-scale formulations or API manufacturing facilities.
  • Designing and implementing secure network architecture, including servers, switches, routers, firewalls, and cable systems.
  • Maintaining optimal server performance through regular installation, configuration, and management.
  • Ensuring all IT systems comply with relevant industry regulations and standards, particularly those related to GxP standards.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation practices for IT infrastructure, applications, configurations, and procedures.
  • Implementing robust cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive data, adhering to privacy security standards.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and headquarters departments for system improvements, CAPAs, and new projects implementation.
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to IT systems, minimizing downtime and providing timely support.
  • Handling critical system backups using online backup systems like Veeam and Acronics.
  • Familiarity with major audits such as US FDA, MHRA, TGA, and adherence to relevant guidelines and compliance standards.
