Job Title: Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in Python, including FastAPI and Flask frameworks.
  • Solid experience with LLM integration, including OpenAI API, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, and LlamaIndex.
  • Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, and Milvus.
  • Experience with prompt engineering & evaluation techniques and knowledge of MLOps tools, including MLflow, Kubeflow, and Langfuse.
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration, including Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Strong grasp of REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture and knowledge of model fine-tuning and performance optimization.
