About the Opportunity:
We're seeking a visionary leader to drive technical excellence and deliver high-impact data and AI/ML solutions in our Data business leadership team.

This strategic role is focused on building and scaling our Databricks capability. If you have experience guiding delivery teams, building and mentoring a talent pool, and driving innovation, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Guide delivery teams on best practices, CI/CD, and performance optimization
  • Build and mentor a high-performing Databricks talent pool
  • Deliver high-impact data and AI/ML solutions that drive business growth

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 12–15 years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics, or AI/ML
  • ~3–5 years of hands-on experience with Databricks
  • Deep expertise in Spark, Delta Lake, Python/Scala, SQL, and orchestration tools
  • Experience with MLOps, Unity Catalog, Feature Store, and model lifecycle management
  • Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or GCP integrations and BI tools
  • GCP/AWS/Azure certifications preferred
  • Prior experience in IT consulting or technology services
