Job Title: Strategic Supplier Development Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our supplier development efforts.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing robust supplier qualification processes, ensuring selected suppliers meet necessary standards and regulations.

This role involves establishing contractual agreements with suppliers, including quality agreements and service level agreements (SLAs).

A strong relationship builder, you will collaborate with key suppliers based on trust, transparency, and collaboration.

Regular communication with suppliers is crucial to understand their capabilities, performance, and potential issues or concerns.

You will address supplier-related issues promptly and effectively, identifying and assessing risks associated with third-party suppliers and developing mitigation strategies.

Metric-driven, you will monitor supplier performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks.

A champion of continuous improvement, you will implement initiatives to enhance supplier performance, efficiency, and quality.

With a keen eye for regulatory compliance, you will guide suppliers in maintaining relevant standards.

Collaboration with internal stakeholders is essential to ensure alignment and coordination in supplier management activities.
