We are seeking a skilled User Acquisition Manager to drive profitable growth through precision targeting, smart bidding, and relentless creative iteration.
Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a performance-driven professional with a sharp focus on return on ad spend (ROAS) optimization to lead paid growth across multiple channels.
The ideal candidate will own campaign strategy, execution, and optimization, ensuring that every dollar spent translates into measurable revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and continuously optimize paid user acquisition campaigns across various ad networks.
- Develop and manage budgets with the goal of maximizing ROAS, not just installs or click-through rates.
- Analyze deep-funnel metrics, such as payer conversion, average revenue per user (ARPU), and lifetime value (LTV), and adjust strategy based on true value generation.
- Run sophisticated creative testing and iterate on high-performing ad types, including video, static, and playable ads.
- Build robust attribution models and cohort analyses using data analytics tools.
- Collaborate with product teams on monetization strategies, funnel optimization, and LTV-boosting features.
- Report weekly on spend, performance, forecast accuracy, and opportunities to improve efficiency.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- At least 2 years of experience in user acquisition for casual mobile games or performance marketing with a strong ROAS mandate.
- Deep expertise with Meta Ads, Google App Campaigns, and rewarded video networks.
- A track record of scaling user acquisition with positive unit economics.
- A strong analytical mindset with fluency in Excel, cohort models, cost per acquisition (CPA)/lifetime value (LTV) analysis, and predictive ROAS models.
- Familiarity with attribution platforms and key metrics, such as ARPU, ARPDAU, and retention.
- Experience running campaigns on both Android and iOS, with comfort working with SKAN and IDFA constraints.
- A strong sense of creative testing strategy and knowledge of what works in casual game ads.
Candidates with the following skills will be given preference:
- Experience with Facebook Instant Games and optimizing HTML5 campaigns.
- A background in game monetization, such as in-app purchases and rewarded ads, and live operations.
- The ability to brief and evaluate creative teams with performance-first instincts.
- A passion for casual gaming and interest in behavioral psychology for player acquisition.
