Job Title: Business Development Associate Leader

The role of a Business Development Associate Leader involves overseeing and executing financial statement audits, ensuring compliance with US GAAP.

About the Job:
  • This is a leadership role that requires strategic planning, risk assessment, testing, and completion of engagements.
  • As an in-charge of medium to complex engagements, you will be responsible for developing time budgets, coordinating audit requests, and meeting deadlines.
  • You will also mentor junior-level staff on technical issues, communicate with senior managers/directors on work status, and maintain client relationships by focusing on quality and service excellence.
  • In addition, you will ensure proper documentation and review of engagements, design audit approaches, supervise audit teams, and attend mandatory technical training sessions.
  • Lastly, you will prepare and review final reports.
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with financial statement audits and compliance with US GAAP.
  • Leadership skills, including strategic planning, risk assessment, and team management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to mentor and train junior-level staff.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
