As a Middle School ICSE Subject Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering instruction and guidance to students in specific subject areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lesson Delivery:
    • Design and Deliver Engaging Lessons: Create and follow lesson plans that incorporate relevant resources and activities, ensuring all students learn in a safe and productive environment.
    • Effective Pedagogy: Utilize effective teaching styles to cater to diverse aptitudes, learning styles, and interests.
  • Student Administration:
    • Maintain Discipline: Adhere to school rules and disciplinary systems, promoting maximum student participation and assisting students in improving study habits.
    • Health and Hygiene: Monitor basic hygiene and pay attention to health matters for each child.
  • Classroom Functioning:
    • Establish an Effective Learning Environment: Create functional and attractive displays, bulletin boards, and interest centers.
    • Communication with Parents: Establish a positive and professional relationship with parents and provide regular feedback.
  • Secondary Responsibility: Administration/School Policies:
    • Record Management: Compile, maintain, and ensure confidentiality of school records.
    • Policy Implementation: Adhere to and implement school policies.
    • Professional Development: Participate in training opportunities and attend meetings convened by the principal and coordinators.
    • Collaboration: Liaise and collaborate with resource persons and others.
