Job Title: Subject Matter Expert Multimedia (Graphics, UI/UX, Web)

Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and research-drivenSubject Matter Expert Multimediato spearhead the creation of cutting-edge educational content in the fields ofGraphic Design, UI/UX, and Web Design. You will be instrumental in designing and delivering video-based learning (microlearning and long-form), conducting masterclasses, and upskilling academic faculty. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape the next generation of digital creatives in India.

Ideal candidates should have a strong command of design and visual communication principles, be fluent in spoken and written English, and have a demonstrated ability to simplify complex design concepts for learners. Familiarity with evolving design technologies, includingGenerative AI tools, is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Development

- Design and develop structuredMultimedia learning modulesin formats such as video, eBooks, and interactive tools.
- Create bothmicrolearning and long-form contentaligned with current industry standards and learner outcomes.
- Write accurate, well-researchedcontent, scripts, and storyboardstailored for Multimedia and Design education.

Academic Engagement

- Conduct engagingMasterclasses, Guest Lectures, and Workshopsfor students across institutions.
- Mentor students onreal-world design projects, UI/UX case studies, and capstone assignments.
- Facilitatefaculty development programsto enhance teaching methodologies and tech fluency.
- Support student teams participating indesign and multimedia competitionslike 24FPS International Animation Awards and MAAC Creative League.

Industry Research & Curriculum Innovation

- Stay current with the latest tools, platforms, and trends indesign, UI/UX, web development, and creative technologies.
- IntegrateGenerative AI and automation toolsinto curriculum design wherever relevant.
- Perform ongoingresearch on global trends in Multimedia educationto ensure curriculum relevance.

Cross-functional Collaboration

- Collaborate withInstructional Designers, Visual Designers, Writers, and other SMEs to develop immersive content experiences.
- Partner withindustry and academic expertsto keep learning content aligned with AVGC and digital design industry demands.

Flexibility & Growth

- Willingness to work under tight timelines and across different content delivery formats.
- Continuously upskill in emerging tools, design systems, andpedagogical techniques.

Candidate Profile

Education:

Any formal or informal education in Design, Communication, or related fields is acceptable. Practical expertise matters most.

Experience:

- 3-8 years of hands-on experience indesign studios, digital agencies, or product teams.
- Experience inteaching, mentoring, or curriculum creationis highly desirable.

Language Skills:

Strong in spoken and written English, with the ability toclearly articulate and simplifytechnical and conceptual design topics.
